MEET THE HOST

Ifeoluwa Michael Adegbesan is a serial entrepreneur who has a strong passion for personal development, especially in youths. He believes that whether we are ready or not, the immediate future belongs to the youths of today and unless we, the youths, get prepared and take deliberate actions towards the leadership of tomorrow, similar trends of leadership is inevitable.

Ifeoluwa believes that youths need a shift from the ‘entitlement mindset’; that the governments clearly can’t do it all and we can’t afford to wait around until we are given; that we need to take personal responsibility and ownership of our future and we need to do it now.

In the past years, he has been involved either professionally or personally in Education, Construction, Energy and Political sectors of the economy. He’s a public speaker, a project manager, a researcher and a writer. Regardless of who gets the credit, Ifeoluwa just wants to win.
